My Philosophy
As a Life Coach, I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that.
My Experience
I am certified as a Brave Thinking Institute Dream Builder Coach and Life Mastery Consultant. I have over 20 years of studying and applying psycho-spiritual, emotional-experiential, and cognitive-behavioural principles, as well as over two decades of lived experience with the practice of mindfulness and self-compassion meditations. I received my Masters level degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manitoba in 2016. I LOVE working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges. I use a vision-driven vs condition/circumstance driven approach to help my clients improve their mental health, and to their dreams in multiple life domains. Simply put, I can and will help you to design and create the life you dream of, and I will show you how to LOVE the life you will be living!!!!!

I offer FREE Vision Workshops, and sometimes FREE Strategy sessions in addition to: VIP one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops and retreats.
